Mobility on brew mixed with typically good damage makes it fun. When you lose your teleport rolls with jump etc you definitely feel bad on other tanks

Just an observation there on the paladin too - having to move so much kept forcing you out of consecrate. If a lot of pulls end up with area denial like this one I find vdh and the others a lot more interesting.

Prot pala got a talent that lets them keep consecration benefits for up to 4 seconds after leaving it so moving is not as punishing as it once was

@ @vael167 yep that helps, they also used to have a glyph that made consecrate work like it should and just follow the paladin too sadly. Ground tethers in modern games are bad design. Incredibly bad design. Death and decay, jadefire stomp, and consecrate all need to become auras. Defile too.

Brewmaster needs only one change and that is implement tier set bonus to talent from shadowlands s4 (keg smash increased hp by xy when you deal damage and heal you for xy from damage done. This was absolutely best tier set and then monk will be meta and amazing tank. Why is that so hard to make this!!!!!!! Sent feedback to blizzard pls.

Assuming VDH is still bugged, Warrior seems the most impressive here. Sure BDK is living, but the increased damage/spikiness seems super dangerous in high keys, whereas while Warrior doesn't have the self sustain of VDH, BDK or Druid during incarn, it probably has the least damage taken amongst the tanks and will easily be held up with residual/non targeted healing from the healer.

Saw this video, as a prot warrior I'm offended with the performance so I tried it myself, died first attempt, loaded my weak auras cause I didn't have, got second attempt. HARD carried by Second Wind, I spent almost the entire fight at around 30-35% every victory spiked up but it came back down. I think he was using a DPS build for prot warrior, so the solo pack attempt seemed futile without a healer. Id love other opinions on the state of prot warrior

Brewmaster is trash, i used to love it in dragonflight season 3, mained it all that season. it was fine and played amazingly. Now its just a pruned version of Dragonflight with insanely nerfed self sustain and spinning crane kick hits like a noodle, its so bad its a DPS loss to press in AOE situations which is unbelieavble to me really. Stagger bar gets MAXXED in 1 second and the gameplay now consists of pray to god that you can reset purifying brew fast enough, or start kiting and pray your healer can heal you up when you can no longer get purifying brew back fast enough. Self healing is pityful and the sad excuse of an absorb shield gets ripped in 1-2 melee hits with FULL stacks. You are coping hard if you think brew is good compared to other tanks. Threat is horrible aswell, you literally need some stupid ox statue macro to make it work with all the pumpers DPS around because keg smash area is 8 yards is barely hits half a trash pack on use. Meanwhile when i play my guardian druid i just spam moonfire and never lose aggro on anything, dont need any facy macros or a PHD in math to calculate which mob to tab target in order to maximize threat. just press thrash and moonfire when thrash is on cooldown. EZ. Go learn to play another tank and go in the same key level as your brewmaster and you will see how EASY it is compared to brewmaster. When i first tried prot warrior after brew i just felt like a GOD among mere mortals pressing thunderclap and ignore pain, never lose aggro, do massive damage with one button and block all damage with the shield and ignore the rest. Brewmaster is DEAD season 2 unless something drastic changes before launch, which i would not hold my breath for. RIP brewmaster

​@Nhouyengah tbf buffing Stagger won't really do anything. The issue is the second you cleanse you get pushed right back into deep red in high keys and just bleed out to lack of Purifying Brews. If anything the CDR from Keg Smash should scale with targets up to some amount. You also just explode to magic damage like the double Anima Slash pack in Mists which doesn't help. Imagine not being a gigachad PPal who can just 100% block every buster while also always having a defensive up.
