I have to start trigger point therapy for my right parascapular muscles soon. My right shoulder is doing better but now the culprit is those muscles. I'm hoping it's just the trigger point therapy and not injections as my body doesn't like unfamiliar substances in it. Trigger point therapy is also called dry needling, correct?
