www.buymeacoff... Welcome to the Dynamic Flow Series, a series of 4 workouts that will strengthen and lengthen your entire body. You will use your own body weight with fluid, dance like movements in unique combinations to keep your mind and body engaged. These workouts are gentle, but effective. They are low impact and joint friendly, but will definitely still leave you feeling thoroughly workout out.
In Dynamic Flow Active is a high energy workout with a lot of dance like combinations to challenge your balance and lengthen your muscles. You will see a wide plie to lunge pulse series, some fun pony moves, a flowing leg extension combination, a curtsy lunge to down dog glute raise combination, some fun cardio intervals to loosen up the muscles and a side lunge to sweeping side leg raise series. You will finish with a deeper stretch.

You'll get there. The more you do something the more your body will find it 'normal'. Either way as long as you are moving and burning calories you are on the right track! 😊

This workout yesterday was a great flow and lots of fun, however, the balance challenge was real after doing the the apt fever combinations workout! 😅 After training with you for a month now, I am definitely seeing a breakthrough with my mental stamina as well. I never would’ve thought I could complete two of your workouts in one day, nor would I ever have attempted it before this 30-day advanced challenge. Today was the first day I was actually mentally ready for the second workout, and was looking forward to it instead of having a mild dread in my mind that I have to overcome when I begin. That is progress! Woohoo! 💪🏽🎉 Thank you, Linda! Day 9 completed! 💖🔥

My darling love kitty Nelly passed away last month. Watching and doing this with Mini meowing was wonderful. Thank you for including her in so many of your workouts, she is lovely 😻💓

I'm so sorry. How devastating. They are just the most precious little gifts. Go and rescue another sweet baby asap. That's what I had to do when my last kitty passed and it's the only way to heal. 😢

Linda, you look so graceful and flowing and eye catching when doing all those moves that it makes me feel like I look the same but then see myself in the mirror and realize that I don't 😁😁😁. ha ha! I often don't feel graceful either. I often lose my balance and have to readjust - it is a work in progress 😊

Starting this series today, just did this one & it is genius! I absolutely love the feeling of excursion but with creativity ❤️ As a dancer it is very satisfying. I’m in a constant struggle to want to workout but also practice my craft (I’m lacking motivation with not being to go to a studio) & these workouts are the perfect in between.🥰

Your stretch workouts have another theme: balance! I love them, they are some of my favorites! Doing them helps us functionally with our everyday motions as well :) !

Oh how wonderful this felt after the metabolic I did yesterday! Loved this Linda❤️ And boy was I dripping💦 Add the comic relief of Minnie and this may be one of my favorite workouts! As always, thank you for all you do for us💖

I'm really greatful for your workouts Linda! They are amazing and I'm seeing improvements in so many ways :strenght,endurance,flexibility,balance ..and I was noticing now that I'm getting better in following and memorizing moves and routines!I'm still quite bad but I used to be way worse!! :D You are the best!

Couple of days ago I did your Weightless Arm Workout. I don't know what came up in my mind I decided to do it with some light to medium weight and then not only my biceps even my lats were on FIRE🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I hope I'll be able to build some STRENGTH in them as I've got the most skinniest arms in the world and I want to make them muscular like female bodybuilders (for that I'll have to lift heavy like them) But THANK YOU ANYWAYS

Hola linda que padrísimo entrenamiento me encanta que cada movimiento lo haces con estilo único mis hermanos y yo estamos haciendo juntos los de principiantes y me divierto mucho haciendo porque están tan grandotes y se ven chistosos haciendo pilates🤭pero dice que son ejercicios muy estilozadores

Sii buena idea linda nos la próxima vez que hagamos los tres, esk es mi pelea siempre con ellos les digo que los ejercicios de pilates estilizan pero uno está que el karate y el otro con el gym🤭 les insistí mucho para que hicieran estos ejercicios que ahora dicen que son más elásticos 🤭 mi hermano el que practica karate si es elástico el en agosto ya pasa a cinta negra y tiene todos sus reconocimientos y mi otro hermana pues solo va a al gym el que también está yendo al karate es mi papá pero el apenas empieza también va a empezar a hacer conmigo tus videos dice que haber como se siente yo pienso que se sentirá muy bien😁

I am happy to hear that my exercises are helping with his karate. He might also like the functional training like in the endurance workouts with lots of up and down moves. They are also very good for balance 😊

Linda Wooldridge sii gracias Linda estoy muy contenta y agradecida por tanto que nos enseñas ya casi está mi lap top para poder comprar los videos y poder tenerlos completos ya ansío porque esté lista esk tengo una pero ya hacía tiempo que no la utilizaba y estaba dañada y me dijo mi hermano que necesitaba una lap top o un P.C. para poder comprar los videos en línea y pues la mande a componer pero ya casi está lista☺️

Hi, the workouts will be sent in a link through email so you can download them onto any device including your phone or tablet. As long as you have enough storage room it doesn't have to be a computer. The only thing is that the screen is bigger on a computer so it is easier to see them 😊
