www.buymeacoff... Welcome to the Energy Flow Series, a series of 4 workouts that will burn fat and sculpt longer, leaner limbs. They are low impact and joint friendly using easy to find equipment to increase the challenge. These workouts will leave you feeling stretched, strengthened and energized.
In Energy Flow Band is a fluid total body workout using the band to engage and intensify large range of motion moves. This workout has a big dynamic stretch element to it as well as some beautiful, barre style extensions and rotations. You will use the band around your foot to increase the intensity of various leg raises, ballet jumps and also to activate the arms and obliques. You will get your heart rate up and your muscles burning in all the right places.

Linda is by far, the most creative instructor with props like the band! Makes me feel like I have a new toy every time. Love all the dynamic (and doable) moves in this one.

I’m at the end of Week 22- 5 Day Barlates Rotation and loving each and every workout!! I can’t wait to do this workout!! Each workout is challenging and I’m seeing sculpting within my body each and everyday. I’m so happy I came across this weekly rotation during these Covid months stuck at home. Having Linda put together her workouts so that I’m seeing results, makes it much easier to do them! Thanks Linda for being a part of my daily routine!!

Loved this workout...so uniquely brutal. With the bands my arms are always on fire but the stretching was a nice semi-distraction from all the burning. I’m sure to be sore tomorrow from this one!! 🔥🔥🔥

I was sweating so much with this workout! This was a clever way to get in cardio, toning, and dynamic stretching! And no strain on my joints. My glutes really felt an intense burn during that last part on the mat! Thanks for another creative and challenging workout, Linda!

This is such a fun, creative workout Linda! I love it and hope you do more like it because it was a great way to get my HR up without a whole lot of impact. And I felt so nice and stretched out afterwards--bonus!! You come up with the most creative, interesting workouts! Thank you!

Yesterday I was planning to work my upper body today, but in the morning felt like working everything so I started my Wednesday with this truly graceful and pretty challenging flow 😊. It is awesome😊! Thank you, Linda!

This was so different! At first I was like hmmmm.... but once we were going I loved it! It felt so good yet i also felt worked and was dripping by the second leg part💦 Now that it’s over I can’t wait to do it again to better execute the moves👍🏼 Thank you for your unique style and for this glorious feeling I have right now💖

Hi, have you actually tried some of my flow workouts? I try to use sit back squats and lunges for most of the work I do and I had a knee injury for over a year. It doesn't aggravate my injury, but I guess it would depend on how bad your knees are. 😁

@@barlatesbodyblitz It is a pretty bad injury, so any type of workout that puts pressure on my knees hurts a lot. I do love your thigh barre workout though. I am just wondering how many times per week should I do mat workouts, since I can't do much cardio.
