Is a band-assisted hamstring stretch the same idea as the static stretch shown, or is there a difference since you can force yourself into a deeper stretch via band distraction?

Theres also scientific proof about how stretching the muscles worked after a workout is detrimental for recovery. If you decide to stretch after a workout, you should stretch other muscles than the ones that you worked out
