Every time I see you eat Razor Clams I think of my dad. In the 50's I used to go with him to the Orange Co. beaches (SoCal) and we would Surf Fish (from the shore with big rods). We always used razor clams or sanddabs/crabs as the bait, so I can't even imagine eating them!!

Ahh the pho, noodles with garlic, pho with lobster (whaaaa?) seafood and hotpot. Alllll of my favourite hot foods are in this video. I had a big burger for dinner and now i needed to eat some 2 minute noodles coz my mouth is watering from all the deliciousness that I am watching and it made me hungry again (now food coma). I sometimes wish that I had a stomach like yours Mikey, just to fit all the delicious food, esp with the menu from Bien Hen, i would want to literally order a hotpot and everything in the seafood column.

Pho 2000 in artesia has the most rich, exquisite, pho broth I've ever tasted. A tad pricey but extremely worth it because of the large bowl.

Honestly wasn’t expecting this. That first little restaurant, Hu Tieu De Nhat on GG Blvd and Kerry St, is right by my house. I could literally walk there in 30 seconds. But I’ve never tried it! I definitely will now. And yes, OC has great food. Everything from Michelin rated restaurants to hole in the wall places.

You should try adding some sriracha and squeeze some lime on the hu tieu next time instead of the vinegar. As for the bo ne, try loading a piece of baguette with the egg, steak, sliced raw onion, and normally they'll serve a sauce dish with half sweet & sour, and mayo.. A little spoon of that on top 👌😍
