What I've always been slowly waiting for and watching build was that as you make more and more videos of visiting convenience stores, your choices will become more esoteric and involve suggestions too and I love that. I think the epitome of that for me was the moment when you could just leave your crib for five minutes or so and come back with more good food just like that that's awesome (as I was typing this you literally say in vid the same so I think that rly solidifies my point lol) It's always a treat and so relaxing and a genuinely good time to watch these and I'm always excited when I find out a new one has dropped. Whenever I'm not in Japan I'm just generally less satsified with food and these videos regardless of which country you're visiting give me that taste of home and quality and I'm grateful for that. Also, I was thinking about how I wanna try some of those combinations at the start and it made me realize or I guess remember that most people would eat like one item as an entire meal huh 😅🤣

Among the food culture of Korea, special things that distinguish it from the food culture of other countries. // 1. Perfect vegan food represented by Korean Buddhist temple food 2. An endless variety of soup dishes 3. Kimchi: Vegetables fermented with animal protein represented by cabbage kimchi. In the past, only Koreans made and ate it. There are over 800 types of kimchi. 4. Jeotgal: A fermented animal-based sauce made from seafood. In Korea, there are more than 140 different types of salted fish. 5. Ssam: It means wrapping all the ingredients you want to eat in various leafy vegetables represented by lettuce. However, unlike burritos, you have to swallow them in one bite, so you need to adjust the amount of ingredients to be wrapped appropriately. 6. Herbal Medicine Ingredients : Herbal medicine ingredients are not only eaten for special diseases or health, but are also often used for general home cooking. For example, as ingredients for Samgye-tang, Mulberry, Tree Aralia, Eleutherococcus Sessiliflorus, Mongolian Milkvetch, Korean Angelica, Ginger, Jujube and Korean Ginseng are used. 7. Namul : South Korea is the country that eats the most dishes made with only vegetables without meat and seafood protein. Namul are foods made with one edible plant as the main ingredient. Examples of the types of Namul include Shepherd's Purse, Stringy Stonecrop, Korean Angelica-tree, Korean Wild Chive, Butterbur, Bracken, Doellingeria Scabra, Bamboo Shoot, Chamnamul and Cirsium Setidens. // Etc... Korea shows a distinctly different food culture from neighboring countries in Far East Asia (China, Mongolia, Vietnam, Japan).

Ethiopian restaurants with the injira are wonderful as well. The corridor from Baltimore through Richmond is becoming known as a destination for world cuisine foodies. My son is just in high school but he started eating cuisines we all didn't have growing up before he got out of toddler status. He learned how to use chop sticks before he started Kindergarten. He eats raw fish on sushi as well (sushi is the rice). I feel so very fortunate to live in this area but also to have grown up in the military so people didn't think it was weird or special for me to use chopsticks.

BTW, I don't know if you know or care to know but 7Eleven was an American company that got bought out by a Japanese holding company in the 90s so they are mostly a Japanese company now. CU, GS25, and eMart are authentic Korean companies.

Outside of cup noodle which would always be the noodles I would get if anything. I started to venture to other instant soups. It's actually kind of mind blowing when they're good!

Matcha cream, strawberries, and chocolate chips in a sandwich...sounds genius. I thought PB and chocolate chip sandwich was a genius idea, but thats just next level.
