This video is the quintessential example of the tricks buffets play to get you full faster on cheaper food. Nice looking bready desserts, mixing starchy components with every interesting dish, forcing you to ask a human for more meat while leaving the other dishes take as much as you want, recommending heavy sauces, etc. That being said the dishes do look great and it does look worth it

Mike I donI't know how you do it but you never cease to amaze in finding these awesome places to indulge. The desserts on this buffet are so beautiful they look like works of art. It's hard to find a good paella anywhere but somehow this one looks authentic and loaded with fresh seafood.

That paella won me over. I'd have 3 helpings of that along with many stone crabs in mustard. Not a big fan of desserts or sweets. The little key lime pie would be it for me, but much praise to the house pastry chef - a genuine master of their craft.

Lactaid, man. Your body can't produce lactase but you can get it in pill form lol.

Take lactase tablets before consuming dairy. I do it when I know in going to be consuming dairy. Or I'd get bad cramps, gas and the runs.
