This was a video from my Bali trip a couple of years back that was never released. The buffet was at a luxury resort called the Mulia and we went for brunch. This video was never edited because we couldn't locate the audio files but that was later found so here it is :-)

22:26 Every layer in that cake takes about 10 minutes to bake. You're supposed to bake one layer, pour the next layer on top, bake it, then repeat until done. As you can imagine, that takes a while. When the layers are not even like that, that's when you can tell it's handmade.

PlayFood I’ve been there once around 2016, and that is what the condition around the hotel was. The reason is, this hotel is super expensive, and has their own private beach. When you come to this hotel and enjoy the beach, you won’t even remember kuta beach anymore.

The Cafe at Mulia Resort Bali, it’s a must try buffet if you want to really have a big feast to celebrate your last day in Bali, it has 5-6 nations different food, and the dessert bar is just humongous, everyone will love this.

My salute to Mulia's group for their F&B product. It is one of the best from all of hotel's buffet that I've ever tried. This one has similar set-up with the one in Jakarta. The seafood counter is sublime! All of those sashimi, raw oysters, peeled prawns and scallops. Totally worth the price
