That is why some people when they go to another country are disappointed, because in the photo or video it seemed like a dream but it is the opposite. Mike, in all your travels, I honestly can’t remember you completely enjoying absolutely everything, and having zero complaints of even the smallest issue as you did with the delicate foods you ate at this restaurant! I believe you when you say you would or could move there for this reason. Lol It isn’t my kind of food...tempura I could love on though as long as it is completely crispy. Thank you Mikey for all of your tips on restaurants in Japan. I was born and raised in Japan but have been living in the US since I was 18. Nowadays, I’m learning where go to eat in Japan from Non-Japanese You-Tuber like yourself! I do have a suggestion for you, though. There is this most amazing Udon restaurant in Nagoya that we used to go to growing up in Japan that I still go to when I visit and the best Tonkatsu restaurant in Tokyo that puts Maisen to shame!
