If you gotta eat ISAW pork and chicken intestines it has to be at least in LERMA’s bbq in Marikina. Intestine skewers are NOT necessarily stinky or organy, there are cleaner versions of those. Try Lerma’s in Marikina so you can taste the difference. More power!

Majority of our fried street foods a meant to be dipped or at least have accompanied by sauce. 4:31 Quail eggs are supposed to be dipped in sauce. I like my sauce to be a mix of soy sauce and spicy vinegar. 5:00 the chicken chicharon (chicken skin) and the intestine (locally called bulaklak or flower) are supposed to be dipped in Vinegar. 5:45 Dynamite Lumpia are my absolute favorite, I prefer them piping hot and dipped in soy sauce+ vinegar+ sweet sauce mix. 7:02 the smoked fish is really out of place here, Not sure why they mixed those food together in your plate. its supposed to be picked apart by hand and dipped again in soy+calamansi sauce. 22:58 one piece is .05 USD not 0.6 USD. Come back anytime!!
