If this was real life, that wingman that went back to fuck around would be in so much trouble when he got back to the carrier. Unnecessaru damage to govt property and disobeying orders lol

Welcome back to SF2 Devin and congratulations on another successful and utterly amazing episode. Target was destroyed and you picked off a handsome secondary target, the making of a true warrior. Thanks again for another history topic at the beginning of the episode, the A4 Skyhawk really is deserving of the spotlight and of course the pilots. Your doing a legendary job in this campaign, keep them coming, loving each and every one of them. Fly safe my friend and happy hunting mate 👏👍

Thanks for the video. I would love to see more carrier stuff. Maybe a British 1-off mission in an FG-1 Phantom off the Arc Royal, or the Harrier FRS-1 from the Invincible? I only ask because I love flying the FRS-1 harrier.

So I know at least for the F-8 (which carried four of the same guns), ammo capacity did indeed vary, based on what kind of RHAW equipment, and maybe some other avionics gear, was aboard. I remember reading about it in the book "Feet Wet" by Paul Gilcrist. I'll have to look up those details again, but maybe that's why you're seeing different numbers of rounds from time to time? We know that within the game, date plays a HUGE part in planes, loadouts, etc.
