I have that British Coal advert on a video on my channel (from an ad break during "Dumbo"). Looking back I should have found it more disturbing than I did at the time! The "Stars Organisation for Spastics" changed its name to "Stars Organisation Supporting Cerebral Palsy", keeping the SOS acronym. The charity was removed from the list of registered charities in England and Wales in 2006.
