One of the things I like best about Billy Strings is his willingness and ability to surround himself with other great musicians and make space for everyone to not only show their own individual virtuosity, but to explore together new ideas about what’s possible for a bluegrass ensemble.

Billy needs to bring "Sidequest Satchel dude" from that one livingroom video to all his gigs and have him just stand behind the band grinning with a cigarette hanging from his mouth the whole show.

It's just astonishing. It's like virtuosity on steroids! I can't quite process what I just heard. I was simply mesmerised. I have to watch it again. I'm going to send it to my brother-in-law. He plays Rock and Blues guitar, both electric and acoustic and the Mandolin for playing Bluegrass. He'll be thrilled with this. Stunning! Jaw-dropping brilliance!

He's like a young Angus Young playing Bluegrass. Ever once in awhile someone comes along and changes the scean.

I think one of the best contributions to life Billy makes is uniting us all here in the comments. So much love and positivity is a tremendous influence upon us all. Oh yeah, go on ahead then and bedazzle us with a stage full of blistering talent. Still gonna love the whole living room venue though. Play on, my friends. You make the world a warmer, brighter place. Love to all.

Yah, we were lucky enough to be there. It went on and on! Billy's girlfriend called as the evening got late. He answered on stage, chatted, then went back to playing. It was awesome! A night to remember for sure.

Something so mysteriously organic about this. Incredibly artistic and other-worldly talent. Billy is just a kick ass artist in his own right and in his own way.
