Thank you for your question. No, StroboClip HDC does not display octave numbers. StroboStomp HD & LE, and StroboPLUS HDC do display octave numbers.

What is the time out (auto switch oof) time of this tuner?

Thank you for your question. The default auto shut off time is 2 minutes. This is adjustable from 1 minute -- 255 minutes, with never off as an option, via a custom configuration made with Peterson Connect.
