Using BLAZEPODS to assist my agility and balance after a stroke | legs | arms. The activities are engaging and challenging. I am in constant competition with myself - trying to improve speed and accuracy. It is something definitely worth trying.

Hi Eliza, I have fallen many times - at the beginning of my rehab journey. If I fall, I just get up and try again. As I get stronger and more confident - the falls have stopped
