Great video. I had 3 strokes in March/April 2022, was in hospital 6 months. Home now 7 months wheelchair bound mostly but mobilising on a walking frame. There is not a lot of help here, I think Covid is still having an impact on available services. So I decided to seek out my own help via KZbin it’s amazing. The amount of physio support you can see on KZbin is really helpful. Thank you so much for publishing your journey. It is immensely helpful. Thanks again, Sheilagh

You just described me! My stroke hit in March 2023 I just got out of the hospital I can't walk and my throat is pretty bad

Hi Melanie, it took approximately 2 years before I attempted to run (badly) but it slowly gets better.

I've regained balance and can walk with a limp not too far the only thing I'm really hoping for is be able to move my legs fasteror just jog a bit 🎉❤

Hi Richie, I am just sharing my personal journey. I'm lucky that I have been able to access these opportunities. I am not an expert, just someone doing stroke recovery.

You need to be inventive and use what you have around you. A chair, a counter, the Wc and your walking frame. I have had 3 strokes and have had negligible help. Recovery may take longer, but it is recovery ❤
