One of the most important videos to watch for most of the athletes, if not all. I made a mistake by packing on 9kg of muscles in just 4 months and tried to keep my usual jumping/sprinting routines and ended up with shin splints. These exercises are the keys to healing. Don't neglect them. This man deserves millions of subs. Keep up the good work and marketing your channel. No other channel provides this much quality info.

How come there aren't really any ankle or hip exercises in the prehab program? There's only the kossack squat

Search up “pigmie barefoot for a week” on YT he tried walking barefoot for a week, he didn’t have flat feet in the beginning but the biggest change that happened to him after doing it is that his arch got noticeably bigger in just 1 week.
