If I am not mistaken, people call the reverse push up position "easy bridge"

What I want to say is that guy in white shirt deserves some honour for trying, many wouldn't even do that

I'm 73 and I look more like the after photos than the before ones on your site. I do 3 one-hour cardio sessions each week and then I do the usual bodyweight exercises: Superman's, hollow body, pullups, chin-ups, pushups, dips, inverted rows, pistol squats, and a couple on ones for my obliques and shoulders with names that I don't remember. The problem is that I've hit a plateau and I'm not making progress. I can't do any of those cool gymnastics moves you do and it's frustrating that I feel that I'm just spinning my wheels. Am I just too old to improve and should I just be happy that I can even do these?

Look forward when doing pushups. Looking down actually prevents you from hitting depth.
