And remember guys, don't go past your pain level. It's astonishing how many people hurt themselves during these exercises. Just because someone shows your a bunch of exercises, doesn't mean you have to try them all.

I can do this without the stick even and full 360, u need super flexible tendons, this movement can dislocate the shoulder and it will hurt, for people who do not have hyperlaxity train it slowly!

Get a look into the Feldenkrais method, it helped me improve my life significantly, there are a plethora of videos on the net. There are also other things, but Feldenkrais is something unlike nothing you've ever experienced (unless you practice QiGong and Tai Chi which follow a similar but different idea)

The external rotation shown at 4:50 should be included in all videos about pushup/bench press, and pull-up.. it's usually not that obvious! "Bend the bar" at bench-press, for example, isn't said enough. You see it at push-ups, when done correctly, in that the biceps looks to be more at the front of the arm, and not pointing inwards.

Yes and also you will know that you externally rotate your shoulder if your elbows are close to your body so that makes sense when someone demonstrates perfect form push ups

I've had a shoulder problem for a few months now. It's mainly around my shoulder girdle and hurts during push movements such as push ups, mainly explosive push ups and handstand push ups. What exercises in this video would help with the rehab for it and at there any others I could use?Thanks

Make sure to thoroughly warmup before doing (anything). Start simple and gradually increase from there, the pain is your body telling you there's a weakness or injury, try to find out exactly and act accordingly

El Eggs, why do you not bring your heels to the ground in downward dog at 3:55? I thought pushing your heels to the ground was encouraged, but you seem to be far from that. As a God of flexibility, mobility, and all around muscle, I'm curious as to why you don't drop your heels?

Is there anything to strengthen elbows? Specifically for double jointed individuals who in hypertension tore the ligaments. Planks are very painful in the elbows. Please advise

Arent those broad rotations/dislocation movements negative for a possible acromion impingment or damage on the rotator cuff area? Especially the overhead combined with internal/external rotation movements... just watching those is giving me pain on my shoulders! I guess its all about progressing gradually.

Always got lots of problems with shoulders bit rounded with impeachment etc. Pain when i do push up or pull myself away from the floor or when i want to raise a bar in front. Etc. Trying to improve shoulder position with several physio exercises to strenghten the needed muscles in the back and shoulder blades. Will try some of these too..danke sehr
