My uncle is Rick B. . He's Been winning heavyweight arm wrestling championships all over the world for 40 years now. He's 62 now and still benches 450. Age is just a number. He competes professionally in the 55 and up heavyweight category now... but still beats young 20 something heavyweights at will lol.. Literally beats local champs as young as his grandkids lol.

Nah there’s a point of strength where you actually get humbled to a degree of knowing your own capabilities to such an extreme extent that you know it’s better being humble and having good sportsmanship. I remember watching Flex 15 years ago with Mariusz Pudzianowski. Flex's best event was the car deadlift. Literally from today to the era of Mariusz, there's been like 5 iterations of strongmen champions. Most of those champions came and left the sport (Phil, Brian, Savickas,.Eddie, Thor, etc). Flex is still going. Insane. His longevity is incomparable.
