If you mix this glue, (or any silicone that smells sour like vinegar) into a big bucket of dawn soapy water, and then coat your hands in soap, then knead the silicone mess for like 10 minutes.... You can then place it into a bag and put it into position.... Let set up for 12 hours.... You can make awesome vibration dampers silicone radiator mounts. I have a pair in my 81 Camaro Z28 race car,! Works great and sets up at any thickness.

it is all we used while in Michigan and all we use in Florida this stuff is the best for 99.9% of everything in almost and great for all temps but 100 below Antarctica and on hamburgers :) Merry Christmas Mad Mike

wankel the surface was cleaned... some stuff that is common sense we feel people should already know we don't do on camera..also this glue is so sticky and has a ton of tolerance to dirt..does not adhere to oily surfaces though, again common sense stuff there...merry Christmas my friend...mad mike

It's always nice to see someone paying attention to the little details, both you and the guys making the parts. Use good materials, do good work, and it'll last for years and years. Too many things have become totally disposable, it'll be cheap, and last a little while, then you need to replace it. Like you said that plastic might not seem like a big deal, but the next owner will not have that tiny annoying rattle, and won't have to replace it on their own. Stay blessed Mike.
