Strongman Training Session at The Unit Gym. Farmer's Hold, Hercules Hold and Sandbag Training

Like and subscribe for more strongman content.
Started off with axle banded deadlifts for 6 sets of 2 reps at 177kg or 390lb
Then farmer's timed holds for grip with 135kg or 298lb per hand
Then sandbag training and a few attempts at shouldering the 160kg sandbag.
Then hercules hold with 175kg each side, first time doing this.
