@ttttillermand3 жыл бұрын
@@rudy1999 Guys like Eddie would think that kind of barbell row is absolutely pathetic, so what's your point? Some people can lift more than others, that doesn't mean anything. As long as you lift the best you currently can, you're doing good.
@rudy19993 жыл бұрын
@@ttttillermand I am not 400 lbs like him lol, i can actually do full range of motion pull ups too unlike Hall so that makes me pound for pound just as strong as him.
@captainchaos30533 жыл бұрын
@@rudy1999 what's the point in that statement. Your the kind of person who puts others off. Many people who are interested in getting stronger won't go into a gym because off people like you. My current deadlift is about 2 socks. But I can bench, shrug, dip and pull up my own body weight all day plus my 22kg wheelchair and about 3 or so kg in spare clothes and medical equipment I drag around. I can do a fair bit in the gym but I can't even squat myself with no weights. The amount of people who laughed at me when I first went to the gym was hurtful. Starting out with 5kg weights as a full grown man. Not nice!
@captainchaos30533 жыл бұрын
@Patrick Hanako Just seen your reply and thanks for your support. I smashed my back and during recovery my injuries felt the need to make life easier by causing a stroke. Makes perfect sense. He did a 216kg axle press and I believe a 215 log in competition.

It's awesome to see Eddie lift in the strong man but it makes it even crazier to see him doing shoulder presses at the same weight that most people use as their top squat. What a beast and inspiration. Same with Dr Cohen, i have used her Hybrid workout a lot as well.
