Sad thing is it's all because of how the anime chose to just copy and paste the LN without thinking of the pacing. Tensura adapted 3 volumes in 24 episodes... Yet Re Zero Season 3 Episode 1 adapted an entire volume! If this was slime then it actually would've taken Re:Zero 8 full episodes to reach his first return by death XD that's insane to think about but it's true. I could already hear the comments of how Re:Zero fell off because of all the yapping... If Slime was going at Re:Zero's speed we would've seen Hinata Vs Rimuru round 2 in the first episode

@yuuki-v6b Exaclty!! 8 Bit really sucks at properly pacing the source material. As an LN reader, you can literally read the Tensura novel and watch the anime side by side line for line, and it's the same 😂😂 I mean, Tensura Season 3 ended, and it's on volume 9 😂😂 that alone should tell you how much the anime studio is dragging it out. The novel is 22 volumes long. They're really gonna drag this out. Taking 8 episodes to adapt a single volume is nuts, but that's what they did

Re:Zero Season 3 Episode 1 was an entire volume. White Fox used their brains and made sure the episode would end on the good stuff not spend 8 full episodes getting there

This episode was really good but there’s two things I would like to bring up. 1. Subaru adaptation to the situation is not appreciated enough. Remember every time regulus went on a outburst it was because his rights had been violated so to speak. Subaru is the first one so far who immediately apologized and tried to deescalate the situation resulting in regulus not being too hostile towards him. Everyone else so far just kept pissing him off until it was too late. Subaru also tried to manipulate Sirius into stopping by using the newfound love she has for him even though it confuses him of course this attempt doesn’t work. 2. Garf deciding not to tell his mom about him shows his maturity growth. You see his mom has possibly one of the most f-ed up backstories in rezero. She was in a family so poor she was sent to a slave trader which was then raided by demi humans who captured her and used her as um.. relief until she got pregnant with fredrica. She then spent her live going to one slave caravan to the next until the sanctuary. So her life was pretty messed up and garf knows that and seeing how his mom now has a husband who truly lives her, beautiful children and is happy with no trauma he decides not to tell her about her past as while the mother he once knew is no longer here, she’s alive but not his and he doesn’t want to take away her happiness that she deserves. He’ll choose her happiness over the his desire for relief. Garf is a W son and person.

And also, despite having a broadcast from a witch cult, and about 20-30 people in central town have injuries, they don't seem showing the city is in danger vibes. Look how calm people in that room when Subaru wake up, and how calm people walking around in the last scene

Another notable thing to remember from Season 2 is Emilia's Aunt Fortuna. It's possible that Sirius is Emilia's aunt, since she and Petelgeuse were in love in the flashback and they both went through something traumatic by the end of it when Pandora arrived. Petelgeuse went crazy after what happened, so it's not beyond Fortuna to go crazy and become Sirius too. And Fortuna & Sirius have same hair color, eyes & ears. And it's kinda tragic, considering how much Emilia's aunt loved her back then. But we don't know for sure. BTW. when I saw Archbishop of Lust announce her last name, I was like, isn't that the name of the kingdom?!

Re zero season 3 is going to extend well into next year with a total of 38 episodes split up. 16 for Arc 5 and 22 for Arc 6, which in my opinion is some of the best arcs in fiction of any story. Get ready, if adapted well this will be absolute peak.

But i don't think 22 eps for arc 6 will enough for me. Arc 6 and arc 4 are the most complex, confusion, long, gore, mystery arc, and 25 eps for arc 4 was not enough for me since there's some important thing that has been cut. But arc 6 for only 22 eps? not 25? but at least it's better to have it than not to have it at all. the studio has proven they made the first 3 eps of S3 quite well too

How many Sin Archbishop is gonna show up this season? Anime: "Yes" They keep showing up in every episode. We will have 16 of them at the end of the season at this rate lol. I'm also concerned about Otto who's alone with that other sin whilst not having any fighting prowess either so hopefully someone will come that will be able to protect him.

This is not spoiler but a cut content that got cut in the episode 3 in the anime adaptation: So Garf and Frederica is childrens of R* words. Her mother Riasha got sold as a slave by her father to a bunch of bandits, she got gang r*ped for the first time, she got pregnant and gave birth to Frederica, and then she got sold again as a slave to another bunch of bandits, got gang r*ped again for the second time, she got pregnant and gave birth to Garfiel. Even though she experiences those traumatic events she is the type of person that always keep her hopeful face and believing that there's a happy end towards everything and always keep her smile face towards her children (yes she loves them), and then promise them to find their fathers outside of the Sanctuary, so that her childrens doesn't grow up without experience their fathers loves, until that unfortunate event happened where her carriage got hit by a natural disaster, a landslides, while trying to go out of the forest. Both Garfiel and Frederica knew about this from the elders (Ryuzu copies) in the Sanctuary. This adds more context as to why Garf doesn't want to tell his amnesiac mom abt him being her son, because first, he doesn't want his mom to feel bad about herself that she forgot about her son and daughter, second is, for his mom to not remember that traumatic dark pasts that she went through, and the third is that Garf doesn't want to break her mother new family because after that traumatic pasts, she finally got her peaceful life with loving husband that truly loves her dearly and her 2 new childrens. The situation for Garf, Frederica and their mother is just Tragic.

Yk dying isnt an easy thing to experience plus we got a whole arc in s2 where the witches and subaru had a whole moment and eps dedicated to him saying that subaru shouldnt die so easily and reset over little things because there would be many ppl in that world who would be hurtb by that, thus the whole second half of s2 subaru didnt die ONCE, that is of great importance and i think u guys should understand and proceed with the series with that in mind cuz its a very important thing😁

There's no sin archbishops of Envy, because the owner of witch factor envy, which is Witch of Envy is still alive Pride remains vacant as Petelgeuse mentioned it several times in S1. And Sloth factor is in Subaru after Petelgeuse died So there's only Greed, Wrath, Gluttony, and Lust in the city
