I often question if a cartoon needs to say something, but I guess philosophy is on every writer's mind. Besides, we can at least "show, don't tell." A common theme I've worked with is where the root of evil really is, which I would argue depends on who you are and what you do. I have a concept called Bloodstone, where a timid young man is transported to a barbaric Conan/He-man/Mad Max-inspired world, where he's forced to choose when to fight, and when to talk things out.

Love your way of coming up with ideas. So how far is your Bloodstone idea? Story development, or already in the animation process? What is your plans for Bloodstone? Just a project for yourself, or any other ideas?

@@startanimating695 I've gotten as far as roughing out the concept, drawing some characters, as well as an "episode" pilot. What bothers me is, since this show is a reference to existing shows, it's not as genuinely mine as it could be. I still fondly think of it, though. At the moment focus is on a Comic Fury/Webtoon comic called Dragon and Knight, focusing on an anthro dragon warrior and a pacifist knight, reluctantly teaming up to help people and fight evil in medieval England. I currently have three strips up.

Awesome. Where can we watch it?

@startanimating695 I'm afraid it's not up. I'm working on a different project at the moment. Dragon and Knight on Comic Fury and Webtoon.
