Personally I find your videos massively motivational! I have now binge watched all your weight loss and fitness videos 😭 So when you said you were doing a new one I was so excited! I re watch your videos to keep me motivated, so I would love love love if you did a new weight loss video every couple of weeks 💖 Focusing on tips, motivation and personal experiences! Don’t know if that’s something you would consider or enjoy! But it would probably be helping a lot of people like me who enjoy the motivational weight loss videos you have done previously 😃 Ps - in terms of the kids food and your own... I used to get up before the boys and eat my breakfast first. And I would make my lunch at the same time and eat with them to stop me picking 👌 Then a squirt of fairy liquid on their leftovers x x x

Hi Nikki, thank you for this video. I’m a target member about 3 months away from getting my 2nd year target member sticker. My main motivation to keep going is health reasons but lately I have been struggling to motivate myself. Most of this year I have been on the edge of my target upper limit. I found this video so helpful and would love you to do more of these please. I was talking to a couple of friends who are members and we were all saying for some reason what to have for lunch is a struggle when we are not having homemade soup. Perhaps a video on lunch ideas as well as these thought provoking ones. Thank you again for taking the time to do this video. I really appreciate it.

Loved this. Even at target I benefit from these little reminders. I weigh in on a Monday and this was like an extra Image Therapy session to start my weekend. Win win. I so want to stay within my target bubble and, probably not healthy, but numbers mean a lot to me. I remember a consultant in a previous group I attended saying that if we were still keeping a food diary years on she would feel she had failed. I however am obsessed with my food diary and it really keeps me focused. Thank you for this. Love all your content but really appreciate these vlogs thrown in as well. 😀 xx

I've been at target 4 nearly 2 yrs n I still keep a food diary, the main reason is cos that I'm getting a bit forgetful...it's so easy 2 forget wee things here n there, I'm still prone 2the odd sweet binge n I write it all down, count all the syns n deduct a portion off each day...it's the only thing that works 4me n I've never been over n out my target area...whatever works 4 you is what matters...have a fabby week hunny 💕 💕

Thank you for this struggling at the minute on SW been stuck at this weight for some time and I’ve fallen back into sabotaging my weight loss. This has given me a kick up the bum and time to start taking my weight loss back into my hands and stop making excuses and giving into binges. Xx

Our sw leader gave us all a great refresher talk Thursday, we’ve had several weeks in group making excuses for the school holidays etc and I think we all needed a realistic chat to get back on track and go through the SW books again. Great video a real food for thought! Pardon the pun 😂

Just what I needed to watch today.! I did my food shop the other day so tonight I will sit and meal plan . With feeding 3little ones can be difficult at times as they all need my attention always around that time..so yes slow cooker is back and will be in full use. Think this time of year now it’s that little easier as everyone will eat a warm meal . Thnx Nikki something I definitely want to see more. Just give me that little reminder every now and again . Loved it x

Another tip.. I can't control myself with my absolute favourite food.. pasta dishes.. I love lasagne.. Spag bol.. So I don't cook these too often as its really hard for me to eat a sensible portion.. So Pick food you like.. But can emotionally control and not binge on... Keep the foods you absolutely love for once a month

Absolutely loved the video Nikki. So helpful. After a couple of lovely holidays I’m out of target and I’ve been messing around pretending I’m on plan and this has made me really face up to reality. Love your slimming videos- you’re an inspiration so Please keep doing them ❤️

Thanks Nikki I found this very helpful and it has made me think about my triggers, so I’m going to watch it again and make notes,I know I was happier when I planned and prepared food the night before for the following day, so I’m going to go back to that. 🥰🥰

Thanks for doing this video it’s helped Ive lost almost 5 stone but think I’ve let a lot of bad habits creep back in because I feel so much better in myself but I’ve still got 4 stone to lose so I’ve got my food tracker out and am sat planning today’s meals so I’m more organised I started this for health reasons so really want to get to target I’m on holiday in the motorhome watching this it was so needed and can I just say your two little boys are absolutely adorable thanks for sharing xx

Loved this vlog and lots of questions to get me thinking about my own weight loss journey. I think it’s so useful to reflect on what has changed in motivation throughout the weight loss journey. I’m about half way now and loving that I now fit smaller sizes and can buy in ‘normal’ shops but have to remember I’m not where I want to be so not to get complacent. This video has given me lots to think about, so thanks so much. Also love your explanation of things... I’ve seen so many posts recently on other sites that criticise weight loss plans like WW and SlimmingWorld and people not realising it is still all about calorie deficit so thanks so much for putting that into context.

Well that was really helpful for me, planning my meals is the answer for me , As i have moved abroad I cant attend group anymore, but I know I really need to lose at least 3 stone, I feel really unhappy about my size but I keep sabotaging myself, as you say my meals are fine, its all the bits in between, keep up the good work, now feel my commitment is 10, after watching your video, hope it lasts, Thanks for taking the time to explain it all over again, brilliant.

Thanks for that video Nikki, very thought provoking !. I’m at the top end of my target range and would ideally like to be at the lower end so your points about the level of motivation and commitment are much lower than at the beginning of my journey, just like you. Am going to sit down later today and really think about what I want and put some plans into operation that will hopefully help me get back on track. Keep vlogging 😂😂😂 xxxxx

This is great Nikki! It’s a great video to come back to now and again if people are struggling (I’ve book marked it!) I used to a bootcamp and I loved it but we’ve gone down to one car recently and so it’s not been possible so I’ve started doing Results with Lucy exercises, they have nutrition as well but SW is best for me and I hated calorie counting but the fitness is brilliant and I get up at 6am 4-5 times a week and do a 30-40 min workout and then that’s it, also great now it’s getting darker in the evenings. Also Joe wicks, popsugar, Lucy Wyndham-reeed have great ffree workouts on KZbin if you just want to do a quick 20min workout, which you could do if their having a quick sleep just thought would mention as may help xx

Great video....I'm restarting again so this came at the right time. I'm a twin mum too, my boys are 3 and have just started playschool. A group is just starting for SW next weds morning in my village which I'm going to join as I'm much more focused when I know someone else is weighing me plus I'm paying for it! I'm child free that day too, so it works perfectly. I have found when you can't be selfish anymore you just struggle in general with being healthy! Even since I've had a boyfriend/husband you can't always do the exercise or focus on the food side of things and now I'm a mum it's even worse lol. I do run but nowhere near as much as I used to. I have triggers too, it's just easier of they're not in the house! Xx

I’m back on my diet after my wedding. I lost quite a bit to get into my dress and then afterwards in 5weeks I put on 16lbs!!! Because I’d been so restrictive for the wedding I went on a food and drink rampage!! But yesterday I restarted. But with a difference....I’ve got you in my head saying “come on a third of your plate needs to be speed” “what do you want more chocolate or to feel good on your honeymoon!” So you might not know it or realise but you are still having as much of an impact as if you were still running your group! Thank you! Xxx

Really helpful!! I used to pour water on my daughter’s plate when she’d finished so I couldn’t eat anything from it. That helped me or I’d just bin anything she’d left. It’s hard but we all go through it with kids and she’s 11 now and I still find myself tempted!! Thanks for a great video 🌹❤️

Great video. I'm at target weight now but it's still a on going battle!! I def meal plan and do some meal prep cook some chicken and chop some veg so I can eat as snacks or bung in an omlette, good luck.

Brilliant video and very honest. The phrase that touched me the most was when you said ‘I reached for prawns or cooked meat’. I know for me this is not food optimising and I had to stop myself doing the same sort of thing by reminding myself that is diet behaviour. Free food is my friend. Carbs should not be feared. These mantras work for me xx

This was great video. I am actually going to be joining slimming world online as i cant commit to get to group as i have no one to watch twins. This having giving me some great tips to think about. I started at 28 stone 2 and currently at 25 stone 2. My meeting is a Saturday morning - my decline starts mid saturday arvo! I find it most difficult in the mornings when my husband goes to work and my son is at school. I want my commitment to be a 10 and it needs to be a 10 but it's a 5.

think you followed the slimming world plan for so long and worked for them for 15 years plus the way your life has changed with you being a new parent with much wanted babies that its normal you need a breather from it for a while , when your ready you will come back to it and you know you can do it when your ready xxx

Thanks for the motivational video. I'm at a sticking point with my weight loss. Planning is so difficult and I always forget to write down what i have eaten so any tips on that would be great. Maybe if it was more fun I would remember 😂. I now will ask myself these questions. I will let you know how I got on next week. Thanks👍

Hi Nikki. I love your all your videos... the boys, food, shopping, makeup etc, etc. I was wondering if you could do a video if the basics of SW, i.e. HeA and HeB and your thoughts on mixing them? Like half cereal and half wholemeal bread to make 1 HeB? Portion sizes? Many thanks :-) x

I calorie count.. My down fall has always been Friday and Saturdays where I wouldn't dream of eating salmon and veg which I love and eat happily on a Tuesday.. Its like auto pilot Friday and Saturday only chicken kebabs and chips taste good.. I have moved my focus to mainly what I eat on Friday and Saturday as all the other days are fine without trying.. My policy is treat every day like its a Tuesday.. Tuesday is always the day of the week I'm my best.. At work.. With food.. With routine..have to work hard to eat like a Tuesday on Friday and Saturday night.. If I struggle I allow 100 extra calories on these days for a little treat

When you feed the boys have a bowl of cut up speed fruit on hand or a couple of broken up hifi bars you can nibble on whilst you feed them. Xx

I have to meal plan or there'd be no chance of success lol I batch cook and freeze the meals, plan the weekly meals ahead of time, I've got 5 kids I have to cook for them and then Sw food for me and my partner so I definitely have to plan.

Could you make them the same meals as you and just eat yours later or make them slimming world friendly meals so if you pick it’s not awful like I’ll make the kids sw chips then if i pick some it’s not the end of the world x

Weird that this vlog popped up when my motivation is zero,having been doing well and now lost it🙈 feel bored with food and food shopping etc my trigger is defiently after dinner up until ive been on sw plan then it all goes wrong and i get with eating fruit X

Hi Nikki know this is an old video but im going through yours. Is it true that premenopausal and menopause hinders weight loss? Im 49 and none of those but struggling to loose weight. Only need to lose about 8lbs. 😊
