@@Hustlerywhat are weighted rows exactly? Ain’t that the machine you pull

I had a pretty bad relationship with dips when I first started out. I developed costochondritis from it, which hindered my progress on other movements. But with enough time and patience, I managed to recover and safely progress on dips, recently achieving 16 reps. Aiming to do 20 before going weighted.

What is that disease? Also I can do like 30 dips and I rarely ever do them

Belle continuation !

@@H.SapiensSapiensThank you! And yeah, just as you said, sternum pain from dips usually comes from bad form. In some cases, such as mine, sternum pain can come from doing too much too soon. I tried doing normal dips, which my body couldn't handle at that time, instead of doing the movement either with band-assistance or just doing the negative portion.

I couldn't do dips before I started losing weight and working out. Now they are still very hard for me. But I can knock out 5 to 8 😊. I normally use band and dumbbell I like this since there is nothing to set up

Try to do super light shoulder exercise with bands or with a dumbbell as long as the weight is not too much and you are not having pain during the Exercise try to do it slow i experience the same and now i'm pain free hope it helps also listen to your body if you need rest sometimes

knees bent and feet behind your body like you do is probably better, because it will tip you a little bit forward and get your pecs more involved, so its not just a tricep/ front delt builder
