I focus a lot of my stretches on my calves and quads since they tend to take the brunt of my daily running. While I do incorporate stretches for other parts of my body during the week, I've developed a routine that works well for me and hopefully with the help of my program the Science of Stretching, you’ll find yours.
Which areas do you find tight or in need of attention?

So what are the exercise to the gluts and calf muscles. I play basketball and Table Tennis three times a week and I constantly have tight cows, so how to deal with that was not on your video I look forward to where I can find that video. I hope it’s in your collection.👌🙏

My inner thighs are very tight. Even light stretching causes sharp pain. What stretches can I do to get some flexibility
