Thank you, very interesting, I’m looking forward to getting into using power, I’ve got a few things to read through that Steve has suggested via Facebook, I’m building up gradually because I’ve had an foot ankle problem, I’m still waiting for an ultrasound on it, but in the current climate, not sure when it may be? Ive just started the stryd intro plan, it’s going to be interesting to see where I am, I’m maybe luckier than some as my goal race isn’t till October 2021, Ironman Barcelona, so it’s gonna be a long journey, I’m sure I’ll be back frequently looking for help.

One of the main reasons I got stryd was for accurate pace and distance on my Garmin forerunner 245. I turned off my gps on my watch and turned on my speed and distance on the stryd. I didn’t get a map after the run this way so I turned GPS back on and now I think I am getting pace and distance from GPS. How do I make sure I am getting pace and distance from stryd and still get a map of where I ran?
