Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Dio and Stryper are legit my favorite bands to come out of the 80s. I put Stryper in that high of a regard. They were and still are absolutely incredible. They deserve way more respect than they are given much of the time. Everyone in the band is so talented.

I can never understand why people go out of their way to talk down about believers or the message of the Gospel. What exactly did God do to make you so mad? I am glad you recognize they love God. Also, I am a real people who grew up listening to metal - so your statement's premiss is flawed. A "real" Christian does not only worship on Sunday but they live their faith daily. Jesus died for you, Adam. The only way to salvation is by repentance and putting your trust totally in Him. It wasn't God who hit the towers. Actually, colonists did that, and most died from diseases anyways. The people were escaping tyranny from England, and they wanted to leave so bad that they left behind their homes and risked their lives in hope of having freedom. Murder isn't the correct word. There were battles fought over territory, but death in war isn't murder. And I'm sad to say that they didn't know God.
