I was sorry to hear you were ill in the hospital but glad you are now back. You are an amazing artist and your techniques and demeanor are most appreciated. Your humor and the stress free atmosphere you share with all of us makes me feel very humbled in your presence. At 90 years of age, I never know if there will be another day for me, so I paint every day and enjoy the "now" of being. May you have many more years to share your talents with us . We all love you!!!!!

Anyway, it's a very beautiful snowy landscape. If until now I had been of the opinion that I will not paint snow because it is boring, but after watching this video, my opinion has changed, because it was surprisingly exciting and exceeded my expectations. I just love that you talk and explain while painting, share knowledge and your thoughts, all these make your videos very interesting. Your videos are very inspiring and educational. I know I still have a lot to learn and practice. When I have watched all the videos, I hope to participate in the zoom class as well. It was very sad to hear that you were in the hospital with health problems. I hope you are fully recovered by today. Take care of your health, because it is the most important thing, it comes first! Stress should be avoided, we should not worry about things we cannot change. All the best and many thanks!

What a beautiful painting, I love the sky which looks almost mystical, like some far distant nebula! Also love the way you use the palette knife. Great to see you back up and running - whilst you’ve been away I’ve been catching up on your vast back catalogue having discovered you only a few months ago and I’ve a lot to learn. I join the rest of your devoted followers in hoping your health continues to improve day by day. Take it easy, pace yourself.

Please take care of yourself.🤗 God bless you.🙏

Professor Davies, this was a fantastic tutorial, & I ❤️ that sky.. going to give this tutorial a try. It’s so beautifully done. You nailed the conifers. I live in a region with many conifers & mtns. I actually really appreciated your demonstration on how you’d create them. As one of your patrons (& thus, one of your reg Zoom class attendees), I didn’t realize you have congestive heart failure in addition to the valve issue. Goodness, you’ve had an unexpectedly rough go of it lately! I’m certainly not going to stop being a Patron, & will continue to re-watch your videos on a regular basis, as that’s how I learn to get better😉. Please know your loyal followers & patrons would rather see you get better, than have you push yourself on our account. You are one of the finest landscape painters I’ve seen, & an absolute delight to listen to. Take care & we are all pulling for you💪💕

And I think that we (at least I would) love you as much, or more if you take it easy and make your sessions shorter, (or less frequent) knowing that we will watch what ever you do. I am approaching 76 years in a few months and I see myself slowing down every day. Please don’t push yourself. What ever you do, we will find it enlightening and be glad. Each day will be a present to us, and to you, and we will support you whatever you decide to do. You might also consider decaf coffee and tea. Not my favorite, but better than nothing. You are and will ever be in my prayers. God bless!

I’m so glad of your help Stuart. Since watching you I feel like I can paint now.
