Stuck spinning pole nut which way loosens it?

• Stuck pole 1/3
make sure your pole is not on spinning mode when loosening stuck nut. Make sure your pole is on tight when its up for use but overtightening it is not good for the ceiling either. So make sure its safe to ride but not too tight either.
SIDE NOTE : ALL POLES ARE DIFFERNET MODELS SO IF THIS VIDEO DOESN'T WORK FOR YOU YOU MUST HAVE A DIFFERENT MODEL THAN MINE!!!

This works wonders and i got my pole down... I'm trying to make sure it's straight up and down when. I install it and so far I have had my pole about 3 days and I have to keep trying to adjust the way it stands. This sux when u don't have another person to help

I don’t know what idiot wanted to be a rebel and decided to do the opposite. I also was doing lefty loosey and now my wrench is messed up and the notches on the nut looks worn down.

Mines is stuck. The nut is very tight! And when I’m trying to losen the nut, the pole spins while doing it. I even tighten the screws at the bottom of the pole but soon as I try to loosen the nut the pole turns with it. I tried dw40 but it’s not getting this nut lose. Any other options on getting this pole down? I’m scared I might crack my ceilings

I think tighten it more. Mine keeps on spinning too and I really tighten my pole for it to not spin then I turned to the left and now its good

the silver pole keeps spinning with the black rod so when i twist it it does nothing. i have no idea what i'm doing wrong

NO NO NO ! That’s a Lock Nut(thingy) and should be secured to the bottom of the threaded black iron post snug to the top of e silver cover which will keep the pole extender from lowering and raising while using it. If your pole is stuck you must loosen that Lock Nut with a wrench, then loosen the threaded black iron rod. Since it’s a spinning pole and not static, you must wrench the rod clockwise vs the classic Righty Tighty, Lefty Loosey way. Just make sure it’s LEVEL and loosen the nut, then the threaded black iron rod.

Okay this is great but also my pole is very stuck it's still spins and functions but I need to take it down I've tried using WD-40 in a concoction of different wrenches please help Edit: let WD-40 soak for about 15 then use a blowtorch and persistence 🙂

if you need relapse prevention help from alcohol check out my xueshan spotted corn channel i had to make new channels for the third time. I started pole dancing as an art form to replace alcohol. It has helped me in my recovery. I use ballet and acrobatics with the pole as well as lost 40lbs. I an actually present in my kids lives now in emotional ways i could not be when i was using. One day at a time. It works!

the nut can be half an inch to an inch away from the pole when spinning. I hate the nuts lol.

If this doesn’t help put the ranch on the bolt like you are going to twist it but leave it holding in place. Grab a hammer and hit it.

My pole was doing great, when I had to take it down that little piece moved so easily like in the vid, now it's super stuck, won't move an inch, and I can't loosen or tighten the pole to the ceiling until it gets unstuck and I've tried everything even WD-40 anyone else have this problem? Any solutions??
