As for the joists when we’re a lad 😆 We only boarded round the edges and left the middle . One day l was walking across with a spot board when my mate heard a bang , looked round and just saw a spot board , yea it hurts 🤕🤣. Can’t wait to see the studio build too . As for Hollie she is an absolute trooper the way she is handling the treatment and it’s so great to hear she is past half way . I just wish we could come down there an give you a lift . Hiya Rodian, chuffed that you're back with a new video mate 👍. Proper laughed when you started with those doors - you're such a big kid 🤣🤣. You could put a trimmer down the right of the bathroom velux opening and fit a narrower velux, good for your OCD. If you batten the sides of the joists where the shower former is going you can lay the flooring flush with the top of the joists so that the shower former will give you level access. Glad Hollie is getting on mate, she looks really good 👍😉. Hope you have a great one. Regards Tim

Hi rodian I’ve encountered issue with small bathrooms in the past with building warrants. They need a certain amount of activity space. Just give it a check with the architect buddy in case there’s an issue 👍🏻 thinking of you both. Hope the lady is doing okay.
