Dude made the right call. His business partner totally saved him here. I read somewhere that they're very successful now and they are in some big sports stadiums. It takes a lot of guts to decline an offer from Mark Cuban and it's even better that he proved they don't really need the sharks.

But a lot of people that come on the show lack a bit of expertise, experience, need more tweaking on the product or simply need the money. Without Mark (or any shark), a good portion of the companies that were succesful with him, couldve ended up not working out, or be less succesful than they are now

They rip everyone off on these shows. Example: 13 years ago a sponge was pitched to the sharks and Lori got 20 percent of that buisness for 200k. Sponge daddy is worth an estimated 150 million today. They never know if its gonna work out but they do know the upside to 20 percent of millions. Most of the deals could be done at 10 percent and the sharks would've made there money back x4. The fact they take a 3rd or even half the business sometimes is despicable lmao.
