Nice A807 mkII! I have one as well, and when I bought it, it was in a very similar configuration, but instead of the rack mounting kit, I had the wooden side panels plus the extra piece of wide wooden panels and the machine came on its original trolley. Later I added the VU meters and the possibility of adjusting the input/output levels, made a new front panel for it, so now it looks like a factory installation. The only thing which is different, that instead of the "MIC ON" and "MIC ATT" buttons I have installed blank panels, like you have on both sides of the "MONO" (or "INSERT") button. I might however add a second pair of inputs, unbalanced transformerless RCAs instead of the microphone ins, since I don't have the right transformers for those inputs and anyway a mic in would be useless for me.

Hi. I'm looking to buy an A807. Was it easy to install the VU meters and are they still available, maybe 2nd hand?
