11:20 if I recall correctly it's a Chinese instrument called Erhu. Not voice and violin, many other music reaction channels also mistaken it too.

Yu Peng Chen is an absolutely god tier composer and the rest of the Genshin in game soundtrack hits hard as well, even the ambient noise. The boss themes are the absolute best though, however the basic battle music for many regions is almost as enjoyable to listen to as well. So good to the point where I’ll use Zhongli’s shield skill and just ignore enemy hits so I can listen to the music

"Joyful and colorful" is what Genshin seems to be on the surface, at the beginning. Then you dig a bit deeper into the lore, progress a bit further into the story, do the side quests, and you start finding dark things, messed up things, and generally depressing and tear-jerking things :D

Prologue is when the battle is about to start 1st phase is the 1st boss phase 2nd phase is the 2nd boss phase after defeating a certain amount of health bar sometimes in other boss fight a new health bar appears (basically become more serious) Sometimes there is a transform phase like in Scaramouche battle theme

most player don't notice this, but the 2nd phase only play when you repeat the fight, there is no phase 2 in the actual story run.

14:05 I asked myself the same question but it turns out the choir is in Chinese (whichever actual lanuage, I've honestly got no idea) and the lyrics explain the shared history of Azdaha and Zhongli - the archon of geo, the guy who sealed him

Great Reaction! You've got yourself a new subscriber because of that😃. You gave the music an in dept analysis which made the music the more impressive. I wanted to ask your opinion on this though,not related to the vid but I'll ask anyway: -So basically we had a short quiz about Operas. Number 6 asked : "What is sung by the main character of the story?" I answered Aria,as the description in the handout was: "Aria- Long vocal solos found in opera and oratorio to be sung by the main character of the story" But when we checked the quiz, apparently the answer was "Oratorio" according to the teacher,it literally gave me a bruh moment. I assume the teacher mistook the phrase after "-opera and-" as another different sentence(or that I'm massively wrong on this lmao) So I'm running around social media platforms asking whether the answer should be Aria or Oratorio. So far no luck on big KZbinrs and still didn't get any answers on reddit or quora. (I might repost this on a newer vid of yours in case it doesn't get noticed)

Another recommendation I have for you in terms of game soundtracks to react to is a majority of the ost from Undertale, as every ost came from just 4 ost simply played around with in a sound editing software, to the point that one song slowed down 10x is another song

As others have pointed out it's an Er'hu a traditional chinese instrument, because it's a boss from the region in the game that resembles China. Also the Choir is singing the story of Azdaha (the bosses name) in Chinese and just like with scaramouche it tells his background and motivation.
