Yeah, Signora's life is very tragic. She found a men that she loves and loved her back... only to lose him in a war when she was away. She prayed, cried, and screamed but no one answered... she transform her body into living flame that consumed herself and the enemies, yet people branded her as an evil witch. Losing hope, she took a new path... the path of vengeance against the world, and the gods.

Yeah, you nailed that one perfectly. She's totally the evil person here and there's no redemption for her, but we kinda get how she gets there? She goes to study at the Akademia in Sumeru and comes back to see that her lover is dead, I think? Anyhow, this part is especially shocking considering what happens right after the fight, but I'm not spoiling it here...

This woman who was once happy and filled with life went to pursue her goals in life and her time away in the Akademiya in another nation meant she never learned the death of her lover. She fell into despair when the land's Archon would do nothing to bring him back or at least bring justice for her lover's death. She wanted to take matters into her own hands and became the Crimson Witch of Flames, thus forever warping her humanity and she intended on using this newfound power to burn the world with her hatred.

A lot of people reacted to the song, but you're probably the only one to really appreciate the finer details, and recognize DnB drum part for what it is. The singer's voice is probably the most beautiful female voice I've heard, each time I listen I just like it more and more, it's so majestic.

He does a great job, but he’s not the only one to get these really cool details. Marco Domenico (MarcoMeatball) also reviews Genshin music, but from an opera perspective, and gets a lot of these details too- which really speaks to how masterful the music composition is, that these professional musicians can tell most of the story from the music alone.

I would do Raiden shogun's theme before Scaramouche. Since Raiden's theme has connections to signora's theme, and Scaramouche's song has references to Raiden's theme.

Yeah, that's one of the best boss themes in Genshin, doesn't matter how many times I listen to it. Btw, if interested, Elogia Cinerosa is something like a "continuation" or the next chapter of that particular story. Also, Hoyo-Mix, where you can find all of Genshin music, is a treasure chest, just skim though it, there are so many fantastic pieces. My favorite: Die Mittsommernacht-Fantasie

@@yolod.gachagamer Personal opinion of course, but Signora's theme kind of is only second to Scaramouche's with Raiden's on 3 and Childe's on 4 (referring strictly to the big 4 fights since I feel these are the most comparable between each other). They're all fantastic and I honestly love them all, but Raiden's and Childe mostly refer to how awesome what we're doing "right now" is (while we're fighting) whereas Scaramouche and Signora's speak more to the tragedy of their characters. The really strong vocals and the way they convey the feelings of the characters is what makes them the best for me at least. For Signora the theme conveys her pain but also strength of conviction and perseverance to achieve her goals. For Scara it's his desire for power but also the regret and feeling of longing at the core of that desire. When the Inazuman part of his second phase kicks in, you can feel Raiden's theme missing from it and that really says a lot of things the character himself is unlikely to ever admit to.
