I wish he could also provide a video explaining how all this was configured. I own this with the SL 88 Grand and like many on the Studiologic Forums, I am having a lot of difficulty getting it to work as expected. Unfortunately the manual is too basic and too brief and addresses none of the common issues. The SL website offers even less. It has a couple of 30 second videos where everything works instantly. Following SL's instructions will *not* get this working in Cubase. I'm not giving up yet, but be aware that buying this will likely have you wasting a weekend searching threads on forums.

Mixface should be already built in as part of the comtroller, Studio Logic is the only controller that has control tools like faders and knobs sold separate.

Thinking about getting the SL88 Studio. I saw the SL88 can use USB and 5pin MIDI at the same time. Is that still possible if the Mixface is connected to the SL88?
