Wow... That tip about directing some pressure toward the outside edge on the backspin is great. For some reason the pause is cleaner when i do that. TY!

Those tear orbits are cool! I've been practicing about a month now and just learned one clicks, but those tear one clicks look brutal! Great tut. I'll be watching the whole series. Love your combos!

normally you have the option for reverse crossfader . In options you can choose it. I'm using ddj sx with serato.

Hi there. I’ve learned so much watching your vids. Thank you! Can I use a scribble in the joe Cooley instead of a tear!

i remember you saying in a video (or maybe written on your website) that you use your dominent hand for the fader and the other for the record. Im wondering did you try both at one point and decide on that at one point or was that always just more natural?

i have a question, why do you scratch inverse fader
@Djupgraded12 жыл бұрын
I am using a Controller and I have to say I am having a hard time getting this down I am using the Reloop Terminal Mix 4 which you can see Dj Angelo Murder a routine on it right here now unfortunately Serato Dj Intro doesn't have the Option to switch the fader Like the Itch does so I guess its kinda hard to imitate what you are doing considering you are inverse and I am not need some help

would u make a vid on non fader scratches
@PhilosBias200012 жыл бұрын

How did you get the AHHH! sound on vinyl (to a beginner scratcher)?
@studioscratches Жыл бұрын
It's a vinyl called "Super Seal" you can buy. Most scratch records have this sound on. If you are using serato or DVS you can use digital samples provided here: studioscratches.com/classic-ahhh-and-fresh-samples-download/

i can do this slowly but for the life of me i can't do this fast at all. i'm using my arm and not my wrist. i'm also attempting this on a NS7III. would that have an impact on my performance?
@studioscratches8 жыл бұрын
Try using your wrist as the pivot point instead. ns7 you should be good - bear in mind that the platter is not spinning underneath the record so you are moving the whole thing. But still possible! Keep on!

Are DJ Angelo's Tutorials cheap copies of Qbert's?
@barrywatts8035 жыл бұрын
I know this is 5 years ago bit no. Angelo is fucking amazing. Qbert is the very best at his craft but Anelo has some of the best tutorials on KZbin. Just like Short-e. Scratch in till you bleed lol
