LOL I'm autistic too dunno if I've ever managed to use nonverbal communication very well.

Some of the things listed as nonverbal communication are stims or tics. I wonder what that means.

My earbuds died after the vocal and non vocal definitions. It took me a solid minute before I realize that the video wasn’t making a literal example of non vocal communication 😂

Now that would be a good bit!

I have just discovered these Study Hall videos and really like them. I am concerned about the spider though! I hope we are not encouraging fear of spiders! I am glad the goal was to brush it off. I hope the reference to squashing it at the end referred to something that we did not want to do! Anyway, thank you for covering the basics in an effective way, and for providing accurate subtitles.

Once when sunning myself while holidaying with my parents an older complete stranger to me came up next to me to swat a mosquito sitting on my arm. I felt angry and a bit afraid while giving him the look when asking him in a loud voice why did you do that? His explanation was not enough for me to excuse his behavior towards me who was already more than capable to manage my own battle against mosquitos while I was being age 13 at the time. Age 13 while way more than one person around in the world preferred to false assume that I had a raging hormones problem while wanting to dance party. Now that I am old and a bit stooped over I enjoy life in the great outdoors a lot more not less. The polarization of body language while some people are focusing on one thing way too often is such a problematic part of American culture being called normative now since the year 1969.

I'm kinda sad that this video is kinda not in time late in our flow in the lessons as a Humanities and Social Science student.... TBH....
