During the LS 2024 Election, I served an important position in the District Admin. What I understand is that we have a shortage of manpower. Imagine, we need Presiding Officers, Polling Officers for the LS election. Then they have to submit EVM and again the State Election process starts. Submission of EVM is a lengthy process and also requires paper work. This is my personal experience.
