Sir in the sentence: "Congratulations on/for your achievement" which preposition do we use? "on" or "for" ?

Both are actually correct though ON is preferable. The difference is in what it is being used for. ON ... is when you are wishing them well for an occasion ... Like congratulations on your wedding. But if it is to compliment someone for having done something well ... FOR works well ... Like ... Congratulations for doing such a fabulous job with the decoration.

Mostly past tense ... As in composition. But it will also depend on the question sipra. Also in letter writing, it will depend on what is asked. There it could be present tense when for example u are asked to write a complaint to the municipal commissioner.

do off the grammar part of 20 marks first. Keep the essay at the end (a clear 30 minutes) ... which means by 1225 or so (leaving 5 min for revision at the end), you should finish with grammar, comprehension, letter, notice, email.
