Hi. This is really useful. Especially the way that you show how a 'sticky mess' eventually becomes a dough. I had read about this but I didn't realise that it really works! Thank you

Hello, I've followed your cooking techniques and have always nailed any recipe that i've tried but for this one I need to ask you a question - instead of kneading by hand like in ladi pav is there a way to knead it in your stand mixer? If we can, could you tell me how many minutes I should knead the dough. Thanks again for wonderful mouthwatering recipes.

Hi yaman . Thank you so much for the recipe I tried baking for the very first time and I am glad that I followed your instructions for first baking. It came out soft but Browning on top was uneven. What could be the reason? Also the base of my buns got little darker and hard. Do I need to reduce the temperature ??. Need your advice. Thanks
@CookingshookingIn6 жыл бұрын
At what temperature did you bake. 15 mins at 200 degrees centigrade in a preheated oven is enough. I hope you brushed the milk evenly and on top and both the top and bottom rodes were on
@heeraltrivedi8406 жыл бұрын
I baked at 200°c 15 min. But only the bottom rode was on. So I think that's where it went wrong.

great recipe....can it be made in pressure cooker?
@swarajdigitalmarketing9 жыл бұрын
I think the best way is to place a thin layer of oil in the pressure cooker and then place stuffings on it. It avoid burning from excess heat. One whistle in the high flame is a good option. If it looks spongy and properly cooked then ok, otherwise again heat it with low flame for just a few minutes and then check it. try yourself which case looks beautiful. bye

Hi its good I want to know abt the otg as mines too Morphy Richards and while baking cakes and cookies they get burnt.can u tell me abt the temperature cooking time for cakes and cookies. please let me know plsss reply
@CookingshookingIn9 жыл бұрын
+naseema haq I can understand that.. The cakes and cookies can get burn, even in a regular/normal temperature in a 24liter oven because the heating rods are way too close to the pans. I'd recommend you to reduce 10 Degrees from every recipe and cover the cake tin after 10 mins so that they don't burn. :)
