This little trip down memory lane takes us back to Jamie cooking up the perfect meal in just 30 minutes.
In this episode Jamie cooks up a storm: a mega stuffed focaccia, with a platter of cured meats and a mozzarella salad. To top it all off, a beautiful granita dessert, crushed ice mixed with flavours from vanilla, lemon zest, and mint.

That show was already 12 years ago. Oooh what time flies!! 30 minute meals and 15 minutes meals were my favorite Jamie Oliver cooking shows as well as Quick and Easy. I remember when I was 11 or 12 years old when I used to have a TV cable years ago.

Coz it's not an accident. Garlic crushed, squeezed or finely chopped creates different intensities of the flavor depending on what dish you're making. Lacking such basic knowledge makes me sad for your kitchen.

Always throws some weird ingredient in that's usually a dead end for me. I have to spend 2 hours visiting specialty shops just to prepare to cook my 30 minute meal. It's just not realistic for your average cook in their home kitchen. Too gourmet, not attainable
