I figured that I'd throw in a comment, since I started at the very beginning of this playlist, so I can make sure I watch every video. I don't remember when I started watching y'all, but I know I missed the beginning videos and maybe some throughout the time. It's pretty amazing to go back and see how far you two have come in just a couple years, both on the homestead and video editing. Thank you Arielle and Eric. You guys are the best! Take care!

I love your videos so much. You 2 are really living the dream and you guys are so young and knowledgeable about off grid living. You inspire me to be more self sufficient. Thank you so much for all your help in these videos. I’m looking forward to watching all your videos! 💖

Hello from Indiana I don't usually comment on sites but I am on yours for 2 reasons #1 I found your channel a couple weeks ago and was really impressed by how you work as a couple No his jobs, or her jobs you both do it all . Tomorrow my husband and I will be celebrating our 39th wedding anniversary and we have had a marriage just like yours. We mowed the yard together, cleaned out the barns together, and then made supper together. You will have a long happy marriage because you respect each other #2 I love your dogs. They are a hoot to watch ... keep up the great work I'll be watching!

I discovered you guys because your 7 month old video "An ENTIRE Winter Off Grid | Everyday Challenges Living in Alaska" was recommended to me on my for you page a few days ago. I watched it and instantly fell in love. Now I decided to watch all your videos from the beginning! I don't know why I decided to comment now but I just felt like saying something 😂 Anyway, greetings from Germany and you guys are awesome 👏

I have noticed from a couple of videos that you dont mention prepping the squash or pumpkin seeds for eating? I dont like the flat kind of bland taste that just baking them does so i drop them in boiling salted water til they soak some up then i bake them... so good on salads and on things such as spagetti squash like you made. Love your videos im watching them all in order of my interests!

gloria lange Great idea! I usually give them to our chickens, since they are a natural dewormer and they love them but honestly so do we :)

@SimpleLivingAlaska6 жыл бұрын
Thomas Schauss, I believe that cheese was Monterey jack. Hoping to have dairy goats in the future or maybe just pick up milk locally. We have dabbled into cheese making and hope to get more into this in the near future.
