Rolls can be steamed, as is traditionally done for arbi leaf rolls. Foil or cling film will not be required. A great recipe, as there is no frying 🌹 Thanks Chef.

Great chef you are inspiration for all passionate chef who is love the cooking 🍳 I'm also user Bergner Kitchen equipment chef wee have one complaint when I'm look bergner pan for the commercial Kitchen Restro bar 🍸 club but Bergner company don't have deep bas indian pan for the Ala - cart menu like a Another sandwich bottom pan wee have one request Bergner company please make Kitchen equipment for the commercial Kitchen because indian market have lot's of Bergner Kitchen equipment lover and when I'm consulting Manny Restro pan india 🇮🇳 but Bergner company don't have option to choose pan or Another Kitchen equipment

I don't like using plastic wither but it is very hard for it to melt in water even though the water is hot.

The least temp required to melt plastic (one of the types) is 180°c , Now , plastic is still dangerous becuz even in warm n hot surrounding , the plastic starts releasing dioxin ( very harmful) along with BPA( again very harmful) .

What an amazing delicious recipe. But pls suggest a healthy alternative for poaching as both cling film and aluminium wrap bad for health when put in boiling water.
