Dude. Can you help me where to get a PSP brand new for a good deal? The PSP you cant find it new anymore and online they go for a lot because Sony doesnt make new PSPs anymore. I want to get the original PSP just to play retro PS1 games and a couple of classic PSP games and the PS Vita you can't play physical PSP games because Vita uses the cartridges and PSP uses the UMD. Where you got your PSP at and was it new or used and for how much? I wouldnt want to buy it used because I want to use it for a long time to play the retro PS1 games on the go. That's why I considered the PSP instead of the Vita because PSP had a lot of fun games and the Vita has JRPGs but I can play most on my PS4. I'm buying the PSP for the same reason as you. To play the retro games.

Excellent video! I think the PSP (and Vita) are very overlooked portables. I think the PSP/DS - Vita/3DS comparisons are much ado about nothing. It's comparing apples to oranges, both systems do what they set out to do very well. If you like Nintendo IPs, get a DS, while the Sony handhelds do an excellent job of bringing the 'Playstation experience' to a portable platform. I have all the handhelds I mentioned (I have a 2DS XL rather than a 3DS) and can say this from hands on experience, just pick one and go with it! I'm old, in my day we had Pong. The answer to 'what do you want to play?' every time was Pong. There were about a 100 different consoles available, they all played Pong. The only choices you had was big or small paddles or two or four paddles. That's it. You and your girlfriend are really cute together! Would love to see more videos with both of you :D

That MegaMan game is cool need to try that, also need to play more of the YS games but I still only own Ys Origin, same for Final Fantasy but I have played 4 of those games at least lol (to create more salt a friend of mine has played all FFs & his favorites are Final Fantasy V, VII, & XIII & he hates Final Fantasy VI, XII, & XV). I didn't play alot of PSP games it was mostly a emulation machine for me, loved Daxter on it, think I enjoyed the God of War games otherwise I don't remember most of my time with it. Ithink I played LEGO Batman on it, it was either Batman or Indian Jones I just know I played one of those on DS & the other on PSP. Played an ungodly amount of DS games though so I guess I rep that.

I remember the good old days when you could go to Walmart and buy a brand new PSP 3000 for like 150 and those cool limited editions I miss those days around 2008-2009 I wouldn't buy one in 2019 I mean there are just so many ways to play all those games on better and more advanced platforms these days so there is no need for a PSP anymore as of today the only reason to still own a PSP is if you want the nostalgia of your past back

The problem with the original psps especially the psp1000 is after about 1 or 2 yrs they broke down. Parts will fall apart easily. Any body who had the original psps know what I'm I'm talking about. I remember buying a magic memory stick and a magic battery that alow you to download games for free. I show kids how to do it and I became very popular. Instead of the games on the disk I would put them on the memory stick. The kids all loved me because I was saving them a lot of money. My favorite games were Siphon Filter Dark Mirror, Ace Combat X. I loved those games. The games the have now are crappy.

Psvita is better because dual joysticks and there’s the 3G model and oled screens then there was psvita slim which has better battery life so you could play longer and more games and ps4 link you can even play psp and ps3 and minis on it so it’s everything in one

I had a PSP back in the day most people who have them were adults and even teenagers the Nintendo DS was geared more towards children every 20-something year-old I knew that had a PSP also was into hacking them I still have mine from 2009 or so I was like the middle version I was the PSP fat I wasn't the PSP 3000 I was the PSP 2000 with the early version motherboard so I could SoftMoc mine back in the day using a Pandora battery and not the hen program ...... Of course this is way before they found the key codes inside the PS3 and cracked the PSP wide open by being able to sign Homebrew applications to to run on an unmodified system as soon as they did that the PSP was deadgame developers stopped making games for it pretty much immediately they automatically switched to the PSP go and when that didn't work they completely scrap to the PSP in favor of the PSP Vita I mean yeah you could take a brand new unmodified PSP slap one little file in the right directly on an SD card stick it inside your PSP and you could play pirated games emulators and Homebrew I used to love my PSP for playing Nintendo super Nintendo Sega Genesis Atari 2600 mame emulator and about 16 of my favorite PSP games I could walk around with it all in my pocket on one device without any UMB disks........the PSP and PSP hacking scene took a back seat when wii hacking picked up speed in around 2009 and with the release of Black ops on the Wii it was awesome being able to play Black ops on the Wii for free being able to hack and cheat and use all kinds of cheat codes and mod menus without the risk of being banned but because of them not being able to ban people and it being full of hackers the only games that came out that were any good on the Wii where are Black ops and modern warfare 3 and that one kind of sucked there was another modern warfare game but it was motion controls and it sucked it didn't give you an option for the wii classic controller pro.....that's something a lot of people didn't know a lot of people didn't know that the wii came out with Black ops also and you didn't have to use the motion controls you could use a Wii classic controller pro which is basically the same setup button layout as a PS2 controller and you could play it for free back in the day
