Is it just me or did anyone else shudder when raw meat covered hands dipped into full packages of ingredients? Microbiology class has ruined me! Good review though. I don't mean to criticize so I am sorry if I sound rude, I just tend to be really particular about cross contamination.

That minced meat must have been squashed pretty compact in that contraption. That is not the recommended way to make a juicy burger - which should be everything but compact.

Worst product I ever bought. No matter how much meat I put myself and 22 year old son could not press it hard enough to make the pocket. Tried making the bottom by hand and the top piece would not seal the burger, wasted my money and wasted the hamburg meat
