@It’s my privilege watching your video my brother. Marina & I both love watching your videos. Only disadvantage is she keeps asking me to build something like those (especially these types of videos or, the Garden Beds, etc.). Anyways, please stay safe as things are getting kinda spooky all over the world. Look after yourself and each other & Stay Safe. Cheers brother-man!

Nice work Tomasz, what model of Evolution mitre saw are you using?
@doublevisiongaming626818 күн бұрын
No need, managed to see it was a battery model, so guessing a Cordless R255SMS.
@CasualDIY18 күн бұрын
Well there are few more letters in the name of that saw but more or less you are right 😅👍

Would this work for an 8 point star as well
@CasualDIY8 күн бұрын
@lorrainemalik2805 hmm not sure to be honest. I think you would have to adjust the angles a bit.

Brilliant project Tomasz ! Working with mitres and bevels can be a nightmare ! In the past I have reduced a good stock of timber into sawdust and firewood ! By the looks of it your mitre saw (255mm ? ) has probably made its biggest possible star.. Mine is 305mm and I'll see what the biggest size it can do Do you fancy working out the cuts on a table saw for mega sized stars 😂 I really think they could have a commercial market for Party and Wedding rental
@CasualDIY20 күн бұрын
@johnallen8680 Yes, mine is 255 mm. Oh my, table saw you say 🤣😅

@CasualDIY You can work it out Tomasz ! Just think of all that glut of scrap wood on your racks that you can bundle as valuable winter firewood as a bye product !

@savvybuilds has a video making these. Posted about 3 months ago. Gives all the dimensions and angles you would need. I do like the light feature you added.

@mdubz727 I have to check it out. I wonder if he's done different sizes or maybe some other quicker setup 🤔

Any good way to cut it at 19,5 degree?
@CasualDIY20 күн бұрын
@fmolland well if you don't trust the scale on your mitre saw or it's not visible very well, then you can use a protractor angle finder and measure the ample between the fence and the saw blade.
@fmolland20 күн бұрын
@@CasualDIY don't think there is a positive stop att 19,5 but I Will look Tomorrow
